Solar Eclipses also relate to the story, "Tangerine", because Erik gets a bunch of kids to call his brother (Paul) Eclipse boy. The reason that they do that is because Erik convinces all of them that the reason Paul is practically blind is because when he was a little kid he stared at a Solar eclipse for too long and it obstructed his vision. Eventually Paul starts to think that is how he obtained his vision problem, but he can not remember ever seeing an eclipse. Paul believes that his brother is a bad person, and a liar. In the end of the story he finds out there never was an eclipse though, and that his parents made it up to protect Paul from the evil truth of what Erik had done.
